Family Assessment Centres
Here to help & support you
We take the approach as a ‘critical friend’ to support and work in partnership with the centres managers and their team, by offering advice and guidance with the view to improve recording systems, evidencing good practice and promoting optimum outcomes for the babies and their parents placed for assessment.
As part of our services to Family Assessment Centres, we also provide pre & post inspection support, auditing and quality assurance meetings throughout the year.
Children's Residential Care
Developing staff skills to promote better outcomes for the children they care for
We provide levels 3 and 5 qualifications, induction and mandatory online training packages, consultancy, professional supervision and development & improvement support.
Our ultimate aim to 'upskill' your team to enable them to provide a high standard of care and support to the children and young they work with and care for.
Elite One2One
Professional supervision, mentoring, management guidance and support
Whether you need a session to 'offload' your work related frustrations, or require guidance in the form of mentoring or coaching in your role, we can support you.
As this is available virtually or by telephone, this service can be provided nationally to social care professionals.
Face to face meetings can be arranged dependent on location and COVID restrictions in force at the time.
NVQ (RVQ) qualifications, support & guidance.
Affordable support, for those feeling 'unsupported' or struggling to complete.
We provide NVQ qualifications in the social care sector and also support and guidance for those who are struggling or need help to complete their level 3,4 or 5 NVQ qualifications.
